• 本活動將以藝人與 FAM 之間的對話與互動形式進行，會有歌曲表演，但本活動並非以舞台表演為主的演唱會。請在購票前充分理解並考慮這一點。
This event will take the form of a dialogue and interaction between the artist and FAM. There will be musical performances, but this event is not a concert primarily focused on stage performances. Please fully understand and consider this before purchasing tickets.
• 本活動藝人以韓文對話為主，主辦方亦將充分考慮中文樂迷，現場有對應的「中文/英文即時翻譯字幕」。
The artist will primarily communicate in Korean during this event, and the organizers will also give full consideration to Chinese-speaking fans, providing “real-time Chinese/English translation subtitles” on site.
• SVIP/VIP福利：SVIP/VIP票持有者可以參加演出結束後的Hi-Bye活動。本活動將在音樂廳內舉行，藝人將上台與歌迷告別。
SVIP/VIP Benefits: SVIP/VIP ticket holders may participate in the Hi-Bye event after the show ends. This event will be held in the concert hall, where the artist will take the stage to bid farewell to fans.

觀演須知 Viewing Guidelines
• 觀眾嚴禁拍攝、錄音、錄影或以任何形式記錄活動內容，並透過電視、網路平台或其他媒體傳播。任何協助上述行為的舉動同樣被嚴格禁止。
Audience members are strictly prohibited from photographing, recording audio, filming, or otherwise capturing any part of the event and disseminating it through television, online platforms, or other media. Any assistance in such activities is also strictly forbidden.
• 禁止使用任何專業或非專業相機進行攝影。
The use of any professional or non-professional camera for photography is prohibited.
• 場館內禁止飲酒與吸煙。
Alcohol consumption and smoking are prohibited inside the venue.
• 靠近舞台區域就座的觀眾，請注意舞台特效效果（如煙火、火藥效果、音效等），務必提高警惕。
Audience members seated near the stage area should be aware of stage effects (such as fireworks, pyrotechnic effects, sound effects, etc.) and exercise extreme caution.
• 出於安全考慮，孕婦、高齡觀眾，以及患有心臟病、高血壓等疾病者，建議謹慎判斷自身身體狀況再參加活動。因個人健康原因引發的任何事故，主辦方/承辦方/售票平台概不負責。
For safety reasons, pregnant women, elderly audience members, and individuals with heart disease, hypertension, or similar conditions are advised to carefully assess their own health status before attending the event. The organizer/host/sales platform assumes no responsibility for any accidents arising from individual health conditions.

Please keep your personal belongings safe. The organizer/host assumes no responsibility for loss or theft caused by personal negligence.
• 本活動將進行拍攝與錄影。活動前、活動中及活動後，在場館內外進行的音頻、視頻及轉播畫面，可能包含觀眾的影像、聲音、行為或發言。觀眾入場即視為同意主辦方在全球範圍上、不受限制地使用相關素材，包括但不限於商業用途、廣告宣傳、推廣活動及新聞報導。
This event will be filmed and recorded. Audio, video, and broadcast footage taken before, during, and after the event, both inside and outside the venue, may contain images, sounds, behaviors, or remarks of audience members. By entering the venue, audience members are deemed to have consented to the organizer’s unrestricted use of such materials worldwide, including but not limited to commercial purposes, advertising, promotional activities, and news reporting.
• 請積極配合主辦方及承辦方實施的各項安全措施。
Please cooperate fully with all safety measures implemented by the organizer and host.
• 工作人員的指示基於安全考慮制定，請遵從現場引導，避免影響其他觀眾的觀演體驗。感謝您的理解與配合。
Staff instructions are issued with safety in mind. Please follow on-site guidance to avoid disrupting other audience members’ viewing experience. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• 如有任何行為妨礙活動進行或影響觀演秩序，相關人員可能被請離場館，並可能承擔民事或刑事責任。若違反主辦方/承辦方規定或未配合安全管理，主辦方有權限制觀演或將當事人請離場館，以確保活動安全。
If any behavior interferes with the smooth running of the event or disrupts the order of the audience, the relevant individuals may be asked to leave the venue and may face civil or criminal liability. In case of violation of the organizer/host’s regulations or failure to comply with safety management, the organizer reserves the right to restrict attendance or ask individuals to leave the venue to ensure event safety.
• 對違反禁止事項或妨礙工作人員執行職責的行為，場館可能為維持秩序與安全進行錄像或記錄。相關資料將在活動結束30天後或相關程序完成後銷毀。
To maintain order and safety, the venue may record or document any violations of prohibitions or actions that interfere with staff performing their duties. Relevant materials will be destroyed 30 days after the end of the event or upon completion of related procedures.

Pets are strictly prohibited from entering the venue. However, service or assistance dogs that meet the requirements are allowed to enter. Audience members bringing service dogs must arrange accessible seating (wheelchair-accessible seats) and make a reservation through the customer service center.

This is a seated event. Attendees must present the ticket QR code on the day of the performance to redeem a physical ticket before entry. Ticket locations will be randomly assigned. - 每個訂單成立後會向您發出「訂單成立通知」電郵。電子郵件可能因不同因素未能寄到您的郵箱，因此僅作交易通知之用。沒收到「訂單成立通知」電郵不代表交易沒有成功。一旦無法確認訂單是否交易成功，請前往會員帳戶的「訂單」查詢您的消費資料。只要是成功的訂單，皆會顯示您所消費的資訊；若查不到您所訂購的資訊或是收到訂單逾期取消的通知，即表示交易並未成功，請重新訂票。若您是付款失敗，請於付款期限之內再次嘗試用信用卡付款。
An order confirmation email will be sent to your email address upon each successful purchase. The email could be undelievered to your email system due to various reasons. The confirmation email is for notification purposes only. The inability to receive the confirmation email does not equal to failure of the transaction. You can visit “Your Billing List” to view the details of your orders. If you cannot view the related order or if you receive a cancellation notification email, that means your transaction failed and you should try ordering again. KKTIX will release the tickets accordingly from the uncompleted orders by customers who do not finish the payment within the time limit. Customers can check the availability of tickets by visiting our website.

To protect your rights and interests, please do not purchase tickets through any unofficial ticketing platforms or channels that are not authorized by KKTIX. Fraud and disputes may occur during the transaction. Meanwhile, the organizer and KKTIX will not be responsible for any admission issues or other problems caused by the tickets from unauthorized ticketing platforms. - 已售出門票恕不接受任何退票、退款。
No returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted once the ticket is sold. - 每票只限一人。一人一票、憑票入場。如遇門票遺失或損毀，恕不補發。請務必妥善保管好購買之門票。
Each ticket admits one person only. No reissue of any ticket lost or damaged. Please keep your QR Code / e-ticket safe. - 15歲以下需要家長陪同入場。

Ticket holders are required to present the QR Code to redeem physical tickets for entry. Please make sure your mobile phone is connected to the Internet before entering the venue so that you can open the QR Code in the app. - 如發現購買門票時有任何不尋常的紀錄、炒賣、不正當方式購票 (如使用自動購票工具、惡意軟件或外掛程式)、購買超出限制的票數、或任何涉及違法的行為，KKTIX 有權取消其入場資格並保留一切法律追究的權利。所有已支付的門票費用，包括手續費及行政費均不會退還。如有任何爭議，KKTIX 保留拒絕或取消任何交易的最終決定權。
If any unusual transactions, ticket scalping (e.g. use of automatic tools, macro programmes, malicious softwares or unauthorized browser extensions), purchase of exceeded amount of ticket, illegal acts or speculation is found, KKTIX has the right to cancel their qualifications of entry and reserves the right to take legal actions. All ticket fees paid, including booking and handling fees, will not be refunded. You must follow all rules and regulations arranged by the organizer and the venue. If anyone interferes with the event, the organizer reserves the right to ask them to leave the venue. - 活動相關訊息變動，主辦單位保留隨時變更或終止此活動之權利。
The organizer reserves the rights to suspend, terminate, amend or modify the event if there are any changes necessary. - 如有任何爭議，主辦單位及 KKTIX 保留一切最終決定權。
